Do I need any training to use a ladder?
For standard ladders used around the home, no formal training is required — though we'd strongly encourage you to read through the safety guide included with every product. For scaffold towers, the HSE recommends PASMA training for professional users. We can point you towards accredited training providers if that would be helpful.
Is the equipment checked before it's dispatched?
Absolutely. Every ladder is carefully inspected and tested in our warehouse before it's packaged up and sent out. All our equipment meets BS EN 131 British Standards and complies with HSE requirements. You'll receive your ladder in perfect working order, ready to use straight out of the box.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Yes. You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return any unused item in its original packaging. Return postage is at your expense, unless the item is faulty or we've made an error on our end — in which case we'll cover the return costs in full.
Will your ladders take my weight?
All our ladders clearly display their Safe Working Load (SWL). Our standard models are rated to 150 kg, and we stock heavy-duty options for anything above that. Bear in mind the SWL covers your weight plus any tools or materials you're carrying. When in doubt, always go for the next size up — better safe than sorry.
Do you offer trade discounts?

How long does delivery take?
All orders are dispatched within 3 to 4 working days from the moment your payment is confirmed. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel is with our courier.

Can I track my delivery?
Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a real-time tracking link. You'll be able to see exactly where your parcel is at any point right up until it's delivered.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfer for trade orders. Businesses are welcome to get in touch about setting up an account with invoicing.
